There are quite a few great fish and chip shops in Leeds and unfortunately this one falls slightly below the others. It's not a bad chippie; it's just not a great one. It is however a cheap one so for what you pay it's alright. I would avoid going on a weekday lunch time as it can be crammed with school kids and as it is quite small it can get busy. That being said you never really have to wait for very long and the chips are always piping hot. The free parking across street is really handy and if it's a nice day you can eat while you wander around the park. You might even work off some of the calories straight away.
